Oddballs Enclave Description
Situated deep in the Okavango Delta, on the south-western edge of Chief’s Island lies Oddballs Enclave. This intimate tented safari camp puts the adventure back into an Okavango Delta safari. There are five canvas tents, elevated on wooden decks with en-suite bathrooms and a traditional bucket shower.
At Oddballs Enclave the guest areas have quiet spots to view the delta as well as a comfortable lounge. Meals are eaten on the deck with vistas across the flood plains.
Oddballs Enclave Game Viewing and Wildlife Activities
Oddballs Enclave offers a diverse habitat that includes an incredible variety of animals. Bird watching is excellent year round. The lagoons are home to bream, catfish and the fighting tiger-fish. Activities focus on offering guests a water experience and professional and knowledgeable guides will accompany guests on all game activities. Activities are conducted by professional guides (a maximum of two guests per guide), a man who was born in the area and who lives in the local community. The guide uses his own mokoro to pole guests around the waters of the Okavango.
Guides will also take guests out on nature walks to showcase a different view of the Okavango.
