Linyanti Bush Camp Description
A small and intimate camp, offering a private and personal safari experience, Linyanti Bush Camp offers six spacious safari tents. Each tent has en-suite facilities and a private viewing deck looking over the Linyanti.
The guest areas at Linyanti Bush Camp is raised on wooden platforms under canvas. The dining room, lounge, bar and communal areas have comfortable loungers and seating for guest to enjoy. Evenings are spent around a communal fire pit under the stars. There is a swimming pool for guest to enjoy.
Linyanti Bush Camp Game Viewing and Wildlife Activities
The Linyanti Swamps are one of the most spectacular areas in the park as it is the only source of water during the dry months where a lot of the wildlife moves to, hence offering a great diversity of game. The area’s relative remoteness makes it an ideal safari destination. The area around Linyanti Bush Camp is known for its large populations of elephant and buffalo. Guests can expect to see lion, sable, roan, leopard, wild dog, and a number of plains game, the rare and elusive sitatunga antelope, red lechwe, hippo and crocodile can be found in the surrounding marshes. The area also offers spectacular birding all year round.
Linyanti Bush Camps offers excellent game drives in open 4×4 safari vehicles in the mornings and evenings. Guided walks are also on offer, showing guests a very different side of the Linyanti. Water levels permitting there are also mokoro rides and motorised boat trips.
