Footsteps across the Linyanti Highlights
On arrival in camp at the start of the Footsteps across the Linyanti adventure, guests are given their first lesson in bush craft and basic pointers about animal behaviour. The camp of the Footsteps across the Linyanti safari is a tented safari camp with just four tents, creating an intimate feel about camp. Each tent has a private en suite bathroom, with flush toilets and hot bucket showers.
Dining at the camp is around the large camp fire under the stars.
Footsteps across the Linyanti Game Viewing and Wildlife Activities
The Linyanti area of Chobe National Park is a wonderful place to see the teaming game. The Linyanti river provides a permanent water source which attract many different animals and the area teams with bird life. Large herds of elephant and buffalo can be seen in this area as well as the big cat predators.
Footsteps across the Linyanti is a walking safari that takes guests into the bush for a truly unique safari experience. On arrival in camp guests are given a few tips and pointers and head out on a short walk. Guests will head out early the next morning with the professional guides who share their passion of the land and the animals. Guests will return to camp for lunch and a lazy afternoon before heading out on a mokoro ride to explore the waterways of the Linyanti. Fishing is also permitted on a catch and release basis.
