Camp Description


Nitani Lodge offers five luxurious suites. Each suite is air-conditioned with a beautiful bathroom en-suite. Guess can relax in a bubble bath with a glass of champagne and enjoy the peaceful ambience of the bush surrounds. Or head outdoors to lounge at the private rock pool that flanks each of the rooms. Nitani also boasts a Honeymoon Suite including a hand-carved king-sized bed offering complete privacy. Newly weds are treated to a complementary massage and a bottle of sparkling wine. Facilities within the camp include a secluded wellness centre, a dining area including a finishing kitchen where meals are prepared in open view, and with the participation of guests, the Sir Williams Bar area, a generously stocked wine cellar, an open-air boma where good company is shared around a blazing fire, an astronomy deck and a fully stocked safari boutique.


Wellness Centre


Nitani Lodge offers a first class Wellness Centre specifically designed to assist guests in the transition from the stress and pace of a contemporary world, to a state of utter calm and quiet. It is here that guests are pampered by a highly qualified therapist using one of the world leading salon products, Dermalogica. Specialist treatments include hot stone therapy, reflexology, various customised facials, full-body massages, spa treatments such as mud wraps, mineral salt scrubs and hydration treatments, as well as waxing, manicures and pedicures.

Game Viewing


The wildlife experience within the reserve is also vast. There are admirable populations of elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe and eland. In addition to the common plains animals (such as wildebeest and zebra), there are also monkeys and baboons, as well as steenbok, the duiker, grysbok, impala, common waterbuck, bushbuck, and warthog. Also present are aardvark, aardwolf, bat-eared fox, African wild cat, spotted hyena and black-backed jackal. And the bird-life is astounding, with more than 350 different species in abundance.

Nitani Game Reserve is easily accessible via road, scheduled flight or private charter service. Guests can also self-drive to Pont Drift Border Post, arranged by ExpertBotswana where they will be met and transferred to Nitani Lodge.
