Chobe National Park
Introduction
Chobe National Park is Botswana's second largest national park and is one of Southern Africa's finest game sanctuaries. The Chobe river is unmistakably one of the most beautiful and unspoiled rivers of Africa. It was the first national park declared after independence and became a full park in 1968. It spreads over 10,566 square kilometres of grassland, mopane and acacia terrain in the far north. It is home to a breathtaking variety of animals and birds. This area is also the most frequently visited and is considered to be the most commercial. Due to its proximity to Victoria Falls makes Chobe even more popular and easily accessible. The riverfront is popular for its enormous herds of Elephant and Buffalo that concentrate to drink from the river in the dry season. Along the riverfront you will find one of Africa's largest remaining elephant populations.
Game Viewing
The Chobe National Park offers an abundance of wildlife and the true African nature of the region offers a safari experience of a lifetime. A major feature of the Chobe National Park is its elephant population and is famous for its huge herds of elephant and buffalo. Chobe National Park is known to have the largest single concentration of elephants in Africa surviving within a proclaimed national park. Another highlight of this park is the animal migrations, dictated by seasons and food availability. During the wet months (December - March), most animals congregate on the open plains and as the land dries out and the heat builds from April to November, the animals migrate back to the Chobe River's fertile flood plains.
Chobe Game Lodge
Chobe Game Lodge is situated in Chobe National Park, the only permanent lodge in Botswana's second largest national park. Chobe is famous for its enormous herds of elephant and buffalo as well as incredible star-gazing and has one of the greatest concentrations of game found on the African continent, covering 10,566 square kilometres of pristine wilderness.

Chobe Savanna Lodge
Chobe Savanna Lodge is situated in the Eastern Caprivi of Namibia on the northern bank of the Chobe River, offering breathtaking views as well as peace and tranquillity. Chobe Tented Safari Camp
Chobe Tented Safari Camp is a luxury semi-permanent safari camp situated in the world renowned game-rich Chobe National Park. The tents are set up close to the banks of the Chobe River. Chobe Tented Camp offers only six en-suite safari tents, carefully positioned offering an exclusive and traditional safari experience. Linyanti Bush Camp
Linyanti Bush Camp is situated on the banks of the Linyanti marshes in a private reserve, bordering the western boundary of Chobe. The camp is small and personal and offers guests a traditional bush camp safari experience in an area renowned to offer incredible wildlife viewing. Linyanti Bush Camp can accommodate a maximum of only 12 guests, hence a personal safari experience is ensured.
The Linyanti Swamps are one of the most spectacular areas in the park as it is the only source of water during the dry months, hence offering a great diversity of game. The area's remoteness makes it an ideal safari destination. The area around Linyanti Bush Camp is known for its large populations of elephant and buffalo. Guests can expect to see lion, leopard, wild dog, and a number of plains game as well as the rare and elusive sitatunga antelope.

Saile Tented Camp
Saile Tented Camp is a small tented camp accommodating a maximum of 8 guests only, hence ensuring a personal safari experience. Saile offers traditional East African Meru-style tents, situated on the river banks of the Linyanti Marsh in the Chobe area. The camp is suitable for guests who enjoy small groups or private safaris with their own private guide. Saile Tented Camp offers guests a luxurious yet traditional out of Africa "camping" experience. The tents are spacious walk-in tents with en-suite bathroom facilities with flush toilets. Showers are en-suite al-fresco with magnificent views of the stars at night. Activities at Saile Tented Camp include game drives and guided walking safaris with professional guides. Wildlife viewing in the area is incredible and guests can expect to see elephant, buffalo, zebra, lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, giraffe, eland, sable, hippo, hyena, aardvark and various other nocturnal species.

Savute Elephant Camp
Savute Elephant Camp is situated on the former banks of the now dry Savute Channel in the Chobe National Park, also referred to as the elephant capital of the world. Savute offers views that can only be experienced in this arid region of Botswana. Guests will have the privilege of watching elephant in their natural habitat at a water hole situated just metres away from the camp.
Savute is an objective lesson in aridity. Rain here is scarce and water is precious. The region is known to offer some of the best safari experiences in southern Africa and guests will feel fortunate and privileged to be in one of the last untouched corners of the planet ruled by nature. The Savute is offers dramatic scenes and exhilarating experiences as well as high concentrations of elephant and lions. Prides of up to 40 strong are not an unusual sighting. Savute is also renowned for its excellent birding during the summer months (December through March).

Savute Safari Lodge
Savute Safari Lodge is situated on the banks of the dry Savuti channel in the heart of the Chobe National Park. The area is famous for large concentrations of elephant and lion prides and offers visitors an exciting safari experience. The area is remote and the lodge offers privacy, luxury and magnificent views. Savuti is home to a multitude of wildlife. Game viewing during the dryer season is characterised by huge concentrations of elephants, impala, kudu and other herbivores congregating at the waterholes to quench their thirst. The rains again bring hundreds of birds.
With the start of the rainy season, thousands of migrating zebra enjoy the fresh shoots and grazing available on the Savuti Marsh which in turn offers a feast for the predators and again offers incredible game viewing opportunities. The best months for viewing these migrations are November/December and February/March, though this depends on the weather. Savuti is Africa at its best.

Savute Tented Safari Camp
Savute Tented Safari Camp is a luxury semi permanent camp situated in the central Chobe National Park; Savute offers guests a true under-canvas tented experience with only six safari tents with en-suite facilities. Savute offers guests the opportunity to experience the pristine beauty of Botswana and its incredible wildlife. Savute is a legendary area in the Chobe National Park and hosts the annual zebra migration, which peaks in January and February when the zebra and wildebeest congregate in vast numbers.
